Our online learning center was set up to empower businesses in the Caribbean. Through the center Social Bizz-Buzz offers webinars about marketing and social media. The Online Learning Center is only one of the many services that we offer.
Since we started with webinars in April 2020, over 250 small and medium sized businesses in the Caribbean have participated. While they learned how to use social media to get more clients, they empowered themselves to survive the economic crisis. Their positivity was the reason we expanded the scope of the topics we offer as webinars.
Easy to Understand
For November, we are offering twelve webinars. While each webinar focuses on one topic, they all have the use of social media during the crisis in common. Each topic is explained with an easy to understand visual presentation, which we combine with examples from everyday situations. As a participant, you can ask questions in chat mode or during the Q&A at the end of each session. But you can also e-mail us your questions before the webinar starts.
The webinars usually take 2.0 hours and are organized using ZOOM. While they are organized mainly for owners and managers of existing businesses, they can also be followed by anyone thinking about starting a business.
To alleviate the economic stress SME’s are currently undergoing, all our online learning services are offered at a fair price. Furthermore, we maintain these lower prices for the first four hours of follow-up one-on-one coaching sessions booked after a webinar. Please contact us to find out more.

How to Register
- To register, fill in our Registration Form for Webinars. Then, after you click send, check your e-mail box for a confirmation mail. This may have landed in your spam box.
- Consequently, a second e-mail will inform you about your payment options. Once payment has been received, you will receive the webinar link by e-mail.
- You need a ZOOM account to participate in the webinar. So, if you have not used the app before, download it and get yourself familiarized with it before the webinar. Above all, please note that the name you use for the webinar must be identical to the one used for payment. Otherwise we are not able to let you into the webinar.
